Riverside Equestrian Center is situated on 70 acres in Southern Sonoma County and is the largest equestrian center in Northern California. The Center is centrally located just 35 minutes from San Francisco, 20 minutes from Marin and 45 minutes from the East Bay. There are six outdoor arenas, three covered arenas, large turnouts throughout the property, and a full time staff. Additionally, 30 acres of the Center are being developed into a first class Horse Show Facility.
Riverside Equestrian Center provides horse shows, clinics, and summer camps. Dressage, Equitation, Hunters, Jumpers, and basic English riding are all taught at the Center. There are 3 dressage trainers and 4 English (hunter/jumper) trainers. There are also numerous assistant trainers. The training at REC ranges from beginning lessons to National Champion horse back riders. Currently, REC hosts rated Hunter/Jumper Shows Hunter/Jumper Schooling shows, Rated (USEF/USDF/CDS) Dressage shows, and monthly clinics in many disciplines.
